English Language Learners
Teacher's DomainHere's description of this site from the site: "Teachers' Domain is a free digital media service for educational use from public broadcasting and its partners. You’ll find thousands of media resources, support materials, and tools for classroom lessons, individualized learning programs, and teacher professional learning communities."
There are digital books which can be read in 3 different languages or in a bilingual mode (you choose--the text changes!), lesson plans for reading, videos--it's amazing. Example lesson plan. Excerpt from Hill's List of Good Graded Readers

TESL Reading & WritingThis site has: FREE resources for teachers of ESL reading & writing, by teachers of ESL reading & writing. Some of the stuff is great; some isn't--you have to assess individual materials/lessons based on *what you now know about how languages are learned and how they should be taught*.I've attached a few things I ran across on the site--just to show you what kinda stuff is there. These attachments are: units on Harry Potter (HP unit plan, lesson plans, materials, etc.), one on "the power of one," and one on "Chinese Cinderella." Check it out.
